|Recommended: Yes10,000 Satisfied — I only had 2 weeks Dec 6 - Dec 20 to find a place and fully move from Central CA to SD and could only go off what I saw online. The rooftop pics were my selling point online. I finally got to see Modera in person on the day that I moved in and was NOT disappointed at all It met all my expectations and more. Rodrigo made the experience 100 seamless and explained everything over the phone. Moving 200 miles to a new city at Christmas time could have possibly been 1 of the most stressful things but Rodrigo made it seem like I was just moving down the street and made it all so easy.
The other big standout is the maintenance crew Michael has gone above and beyond to make sure any hiccups were addressed and fixed immediately and made the move in an extremely smooth process. Rare is the time you'll find a maintenance team as dedicated to a residents happiness as the leasing team is, but here at Modera they've somehow accomplished that.
It's been a little shy of a month now and I can say I'm glad Google led me to this building because between the maintenance team, the leasing team, the rooftop and other amenities, I'm definite I found the perfect building

|Recommended: YesMove in and first month — Move in went very smooth and Rodrigo was very helpful and answered any and all the questions I had. With part of the building still being under construction he made sure to make me aware of anything that may come up. Maintenance has been very accommodating as well and helping with any requests issues that I’ve had so far since I moved in.

|Recommended: YesI hate writing reviews but this is well deserved. Love love love these apartments. Really great management team. Responsive, super helpful and extremely nice. Great amenities. The only caveat is the sensitivity of the smoke alarms while cooking. Sautéed items are a challenge…

|Recommended: Yes1st Review — I love everything. 2 barking dogs live across the hall, which has been a tad annoying. The workout facility has been an amazing addition. Looking froward to using the bowling alley and TV use on the roof.

|Recommended: YesBest Ever — From Texas to California, from emails, speaking on the phone and finally meeting in person.... the staff here at Modera San Diego has been phenomenal. Callan has been my contact from day one and has been the MOST patient with me lol. This is practically a resort and I am a perma-vacationer. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in San Diego. Thanks to all Modera staff and help for making this place everything you advertise it to be.

The maintenance team is very friendly and quick to respond. The apartments and property are beautiful, and the available amenities are awesome to have. 100 recommend living here

|Recommended: Yessuch a nice clean comfy place to stay. We came from Texas to see my son to get engaged. The coolest part.....His fiance' had no idea we were there much less staying across the hall lol. Super convenient and super clean. Nice to have washer and dryer and a small kitchen. Do not let this one pass you by......reserve your room.
