|Recommended: YesPleasant place to live with outstanding staff — I've lived at Modera since it opened, and I must say that every interaction, with every staff member has been A . Katie, the building manager, really goes out of her way to make sure you're enjoying your home and the services that are offered. The property is very communicative with any disturbances that may impact residents. The common areas are ALWAYS clean and well maintained. There are also small things that really set this apart from other nice buildings downtown one example is the air fresheners in the hallways that spray a pleasant scent and ensure that it smells nice in the common areas. Every maintenance request I've put in has been resolved in less than 24 hours, and the team is really responsive to common areas as well. I would live here longer, but I am relocating to another state.

I really enjoy the new facility, but the homeless situation is rather extreme in the immediate neighborhood. It's nearly impossible to walk on a sidewalk without encountering an unhealthy and unclean environment. Look forward to the mailboxes being installed. Thank you.

|Recommended: YesLove this Building — I have always wanted to live downtown and Modera has been the perfect spot The amenities are amazing and the residence staff both in the leasing office and the maintenance staff are SO helpful and so kind They actually care about the building and those living in it since so many of them do as well. I cannot recommend this place enough
