|Recommended: NoThey charged 600 security deposit before sign a lease plus 62 fee application no refundables if you not being accepted which the fee application is ok but the 600 security deposit for a unit which you never rented, cmon, that's insane

|Recommended: YesMove in — I just moved in. Good so far. Great staff. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The building is clean and well maintained. The elevators work. There’s plenty of parking available. I’m happy so far.

|Recommended: YesTop of the Line — This place is the place to be. It's really accommodating and welcoming. Everything you need to feel at home is here. You have great staff, great amenities, and great selections of available units. As someone who is very particular about where I choose to live I could not be more satisfied with choosing Modera.

|Recommended: NoBeautiful and peaceful environment. Living conditions are outstanding. Only problem is THIEFS, THIEFS, THIEFS. The parking garage does not have security or cameras so multiple cars including mine have been robbed by homeless. Caught the guy in action and reported it and nothing happened. If you move here only leave gas in your vehicle. It’s ridiculous.

|Recommended: YesMusic in rooftop and courtyard — I would recommend completely getting rid of the music that’s constantly playing in the courtyard and rooftop. It’s very annoying and distracting. I would spend a lot more time here reading and relaxing if not for that music. I’m sure everyone who lives here has a Bluetooth speaker they can use to play their own music if they want, and I doubt anyone would miss the 24 hour noise. You might want to ask the residents here about it to gauge their opinion.
|Recommended: YesModera San Diego — I love the apts but the problem I have is parking. There is never enough parking passes or the parking passes would be booked up…even for residents trying to park their cars if they didn’t have a second decal. It took months for me to get a decal for my car. One time my car was towed and the second it was ticketed. They have to work on a better way to get that resolved. I live in the first floor and you can hear people being loud all the time. The doors need some sort of sound barrier because we can also be heard outside of our own apartment. The grounds are very clean but the dog area doesn’t really get tended to as it should, not to mention some resident don’t clean up after their pets.

|Recommended: YesI'd like to share my experience at Modera San Diego. From the moment I embarked on the journey from the Bay Area to San Diego, Tifinni made every step of the transition seamless and stress-free.
Moving across the state can be a daunting task, but Tifinni's exceptional support and guidance made all the difference. She went above and beyond to ensure that my relocation to Modera was smooth. Tifinni's personalized attention made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and supported from day one.
Despite being new to the area, I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. I always felt like I was part of the Modera family. I cannot thank Tifinni enough for her extraordinary service and hospitality. Whether it was promptly addressing my requests or simply offering a friendly ear, I always felt my satisfaction was 1. Her genuine care definitely sets her apart.
Oh and the complex is superior, can't forget that If you are looking for a place to call home in downtown San Diego, this is it

|Recommended: YesIn my opinion, one of the best apartment complexes in downtown SD. The amenities apart of the complex are striking along to the modern feel and cleanliness. What I loved most was how supportive and welcoming the leasing agents were. To be specific, Lauryn huff, She always had a bright big smile on her face with tons of positive energy that set the tone for her new residents. She was always very quick to help assist me any matters related to apartment complex and never missed a day to ask how my day was going 10 10 would recommend
